I just had Ard Core at Aldon in the Open Novice. She did a much improved test compared to her first run at Tweseldown. She stayed settled and listen to my aids really well and didn’t try to guess what I might be asking her to do like the week before. She scored a well deserved mark of 28.5.

She then jumped a super clear in the show jumping and popped round the cross country with a lovely but steady clear. Her time faults kept her from the top spots but she still finished a very pleasing 8th.
