Welcome to my new blog and my new website which I am really excited about! I am also now on Twitter and I have posted some videos onto YouTube.
The new season has got off with a great start, High Havoc won the OI at Tweseldown and Persimmon won his first ever event the BE100 also at Tweseldown. All the other horses have been running well in preperation for their respective three day targets.
I have got an exciting string for the season with four horses Boondoggle, High Havoc, Bee Animas and General Opposition all aiming for Spring three stars. Zidante is moving up to Intermediate Level and will be aimed for Le Lion 7yr Championships. Starlight is aiming for Osberton CCI** and lovely new rides Amsterdam and Persimmon will be learning the ropes and then all being well will hopefully aim for the Six Year Old Breeding Championships. Eros Moon a very smart ex-racehorse will be looking to do a CCI* at the end of the year and Ballingowan Diamond, who is a new ride and is for sale will be aiming to upgrade to Intemediate and head to a CCI* if he is not sold.
All in all very exciting times here at Avils Farm.
